2000
Britclick Group introduced Britclick Telecom in response to the difficulties
facing small and new businesses attempting to enter into the well known
marketing 'Numbers War', with this in mind we offered 0870, 0845, 0800
number ranges.

Britclick Telecom started offering LCR (Least Cost Routing) in 2001. As we
had over 1000 clients connected to the LCR it became imperative for the team
to find a more stable long-term solution for our customers needs. Therefore in
2002 Britclick Telecom tested CPS (Carrier Pre Selection). The tests proved
positive and LCR was discontinued in favour of CPS.

2003
As part of our policy to regularly review the standard of service, in 2003
Britclick set about working on a solution to residential customers common
complaint of overcharging. Our response was to work hard and invest heavily,
allowing us to offer services such as line rental, out bound calls, calling features
and Digital TV utilising the technology of BT to give the consumer a more cost
effective solution than NTL, Telewest.
