I switched to a diffrent telecommunications company, how can I switch back?
Britclick Telecommunication's may be able to transfer your number from your provider however in some cases this may not be possible, but only in some cases. If you have an existing BT line we can arrange for this to be switched back on, in the case of a new line we will arrange an engineer to attend your premises to install your new line.
I am just starting out in business?
If your starting in business then you may want to look at our Business Starter, however, if you have already switched your residential line to business this means you have started a new 12 month contract with your provider this may cause a fee.
How long will it take?
A new line can normally be installed within four working days transfering a line may take 10 days.
Am I under contract with BT or Britclick Telecom?
You are under contract with Britclick Telecom, BT only supply the back bone for Britclick Telecom.
